Dear Juliet Boncales,

We apologize for this unfortunate event. The NLRC Main Office and NCR Arbitration Branch are currently adopting the alternative work arrangement due to the declaration of ECQ/MECQ; but we have our skeletal unit to address your concern.

May we know who is your assigned SENA Conciliator Mediator/ Labor Arbiter; so we may forward your concern to the proper unit/personnel.

For the meantime, you may call these NCR numbers and inquire on them:

Complain Unit/SENA: 8781-7862
Public Assistance Center: 8781-7861

You may also email ncrab thru for you case follow-up.
We will also forward this matter through other ncr platforms.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
