Hi, Can you help me get a certified true copy of my college diploma

Information as follows

Name of School: Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology
Course: BS Computer Science
Year Graduate: 2013

Reason for request

Study abroad. Pending application due to missing college diploma. Target semester will be next year winter or spring.

I am currently working abroad so i cant get it personally
