I would like to request for a copy of my Transcript of record to be sent electronically to WES for my Canada immigration purposes and if you don't have digital arrangement with WES can you please contact them to explore more possible electronic delivery method.I will take responsibility for any charges it may have.

Please get back me soon for any concern especially if there are needed charges for it.
