Hi, i would like to request a copy of my College Diploma

Information as follows;

Address: Nagtahan, Sampaloc Manila
Course: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
Year Graduate: 2013

Reason for requesting such documents:

I would like to study abroad. I have pending application and that is the only requirements i wasnt able to submit.  Please help me get this document so i can make it to my target semester. Thank you so much and Godbless.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Registrar's Office at 82439467, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at registrar@earist.ph.education.
