Hi! I would like to request for information regarding:

1) Heat loads in Manila (residential areas) during the summer season specifically from months March to June indicating the place, if possible, the coordinates, too.

2) Heat index (temperature and humidity) in the same specified places and time period.

3) Ground temperatures, soil moisture, and soil thermal conductivity in the same specified places and time period.

I refer to my letter of Jul 09, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Heat Loads and Soil Status during Dry Season in Manila. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Oct 01, 2020.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review
