I am ROSSANO CARPIO ARES, an ex-employee of your company PNOC-EC and i am requesting for the Employer SSS ID Number of the company to support my retirement application requirement with SSS.

Your Request

You asked for Employer SSS ID Number.

Response to Request

We sincerely apologize for this belated response as we have not received a prompt message from PCOO that you have sent a request to us. The PNOC EC's SSS Number is 03-8689146-7-000. 

Also, please be informed that SSS usually requires Certificate of Employment (COE) for pensioners to be able to claim their pension. Should you need to request for COE in the future, you may right us again and provide us the details of your employment in PNOC EC. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to our President and CEO Franz E. Alvarez. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
