Hi! As per issuance of the Executive Order No. 141 (Adopting as a National Priority the Implementation of Measures to Address the Root Causes of the Rising Number of Teenage Pregnancies), POPCOM is tasked to consolidate a comprehensive action plan towards preventing adolescent pregnancies and submit to the plan to HDPR cluster for approval. 

Given this, I'd like to request for a copy of the approved comprehensive action plan please.
