Greetings! 

May I respectfully request for a copy of issued Guidelines re: 

(1) Accreditation of CSOs as an Implementing Entity of POPCOM;
(2) Reimbursement of Claims;
(3) Issuance/s providing that reimbursement claims of CSOs without accreditation requires that the LGU, through its population officer, be the signatory or claimant; and
(4) Issuance/s providing that only LGUs are authorized to submit reviewed and approved claims for reimbursement.
