Hi. I'm writing a research on how the Bangui Bay wind Farm affects the Burgos Wind Farm through wind turbine wake modeling, using statistical distributions to model the wind speed and wind direction, as my undergraduate thesis.

I need data on the following
1) Daily (or hourly) wind speed data for Bangui, Ilocos Norte
2) Daily (or hourly) wind speed data for Saoit, Ilocos Norte
3) Daily (or hourly) wind direction data for Bangui, Ilocos Norte
4) Daily (or hourly) wind direction data for Saoit, Ilocos Norte
