Impact Management Plan Analysis of Key Environmental Impacts – discuss the baseline condition first (i.e. what is the condition of each of the component below around the project area? Is the terrain flat? Does it have a nearby waterbody? Does it rain often in the area? Are there any nearby communities? etc.) then discuss how will the project affect each of the stated components (and vice versa)

I refer to my letter of Feb 22, 2022 08:08:52 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Lumber Mill Project in Brgy. Cabayugan, Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. You asked for details on "
Impact Management Plan Analysis of Key Environmental Impacts", particularly, you are requesting information on 1. baseline condition first (i.e. terrain, water bodies and communities, hydrologic pattern, raifall ) and 2. how the project will affect these components? Is the terrain flat? Does it have a nearby waterbody? Does it rain often in the area? Are there any nearby communities? etc.) then discuss how will the project affect each of the stated components (and vice versa)

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) you have requested for the lumber mill in Palawan .  However, you may wish to contact the Environmetal Management Bureau at records@emb.gov.ph  or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://emb.gov.ph/.
