Hi! I would like to request for the following:

1. A list of Integrated Forest Management Agreement Grants as of 2022, identifying the company/individuals, size of land area granted per company/individual, and the location of their IMFA.

2. Also, I would also like to request shapefiles of all existing IMFAs up to 2022 who are on the list.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 08, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for List of Integrated Forest Management Agreement including the list of IFMA Grants as of 2022, identifying the company/individuals, size of land area granted per company/individual, and the location of their IMFA.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office could not provide the information you have requested due to its confidentiality. However, you may wish to contact the field offices concerned or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Acting Secretary Jim O. Sampulna.
