Greetings! My mother (Gliceria Duterte Bolivar) requested the following as requirements for the application of Land Title of Lot No. 8046, Ccz-134 of the Pangi (Pangit) Plantation, Pangi, Maco, Davao del Norte (Davao de Oro):
- Certified Copy of Certificate of Full Payment
- Certified Copy of Deed of Absolute Sale
- Recommendation/Indorsement of Issuance of Patent

I have scanned copy of the letter and  documents such as the official receipts of payment, Deed of Sale, Certification of Heir and Birth Certificate of the applicant.
