Artificial Photosynthesis, the use of solar energy to usable fuels such as hydrogen. Hi ! I would like to inquire for the following: 

1. Government proposed site/location of facility for the upcoming electrolytic cell (EC) system R & D. 

2. 3 best locations of a dedicated infrastructure/facility for Artificial Photosynthesis that encompass Photovoltaic and EC system R & D.

3. Do the government has a plan to construct a research facility revolving around artificial photosynthesis in the future. (Provide details if there is)
