I refer to my letter of Sep 15, 2023 11:52:16 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for State of Predictive Modeling in the Energy Sector in the Philippines.

Our response to your request is due on Oct 06, 2023 11:52:16 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request.  We are supposed to refer you to the Dept. of Energy since the PCIEERD do not have related projects on Energy Modeling, but it is conducted and under the purview of the DOE (https://www.doe.gov.ph)

Moreover, upon acting on your request, there is a system notification that your request has reached the maximum number of times that it has been referred.
