Hi, I would like to request for status of my pending order. Philpost website have no customer service details to contact. Order #1311 was placed and paid on October 15, 2022. Potal Shop said that proof of payment will be verified for 1-2 working days. But it is already 7 days and still no feedback, no text or email or any assurance that my order is being processed.
