Rush Postal ID

Requested from PHLPost by J. Andres at 04:54 PM on Aug 12, 2022.
Purpose: Staff Complaint
Date of Coverage: 08/12/2022 - 08/12/2022
Tracking no: #PHLPost-142138531911

Andres 04:54 PM, Aug 12, 2022

My son and I have applied for postal IDs in the Sta Rosa Post Office last 9th August 2022 and have requested rush application. A certain Evageline Caranay assisted us who was very condescending, argumentative and very rude the entire time during our application and when I called re: getting the ID. Please train your staff to properly communicate with customers. She's been nothing but unprofessional and gave misleading information. It's bad enough we already paid for rush application for the postal ID we cannot use at the intended time and interaction with her made it worst. Convo recorded.
