Hi,

My name is Carlo, from a logistics company here in Metro Manila.
We are working on a system that can verify address thru postal codes.
We would like to ask for help where can we get a copy of zip codes on per regions, provinces, cities, and barangays? Plus, i would like to know the accuracy of our postal/zip codes also, is it reliable?
An ms excel file can do. Appreciate your support on this.

Thank you.
