Hi! I would like to know when will the Acceptance of Rush and Regular Postal ID applications resume? I need to get a postal ID for my passport and if ever postal ID applications wouldn't resume before my appointment, I would opt to get other passport requirements. Thank you!

You asked for Temporary Suspension of Acceptance of Rush and Regular Postal ID applications.

Response to your request

This request is not a valid FOI request as the same is not a request for a document, but is more of a customer service or front line service request.

In any case, we cannot determine yet when Postal ID issuance could resume. We will just issue an official announcement once we resume the same. For the meantime, we regret to advise you to try getting other requirements first for your DFA appointment,
