Good day Philpost, I would like to ask for information regarding a parcels current location and ETA.  

Also it seems I cant track the parcel using the Philpost Tracker online.

Response to your request

This particular information is a customer service request and/or concern and is not included in the documents under the PHLPost FOI. 

Further to this, the same can be tracked on our website at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ 

There might just have been an issue with the system upon your original inquiry.

In any case, I tried locating said parcel and was informed that this is already enroute to the delivery office.


Your right to request a review
