April 17, 2023 Dear violeta, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 12, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Mail for claim. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, this particular request is technically a customer service request and/or concern and is not included in the documents under the PHLPost FOI. For this you may call: (02) 8288-7678 or email phlpostcares@phlpost.gov.ph . Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. In any case, the undersigned had inquired this with our customer service and it was confirmed that you can claim subject parcel at the Quezon City Central Post Office. Kindly bring the form as well as two valid IDs. You may claim your parcel anytime between 7 o'clock in the morning to 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We cannot however disclose the information of the sender here considering that this reply will be uploaded and viewable by the public at the FOI Portal.
