Good day.

I would like to inquire po for the procedure in paying certain fee through postal money transfer.

I am an LGU employee who is working for the registration of our Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) to the CSC Central Office. We were advised to pay the corresponding registration fee through such mode of payment. Hence, this query.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, this particular information is not included in the documents under the PHLPost FOI Agency Manual and PHLPost FOI People’s Manual. Also, this is properly treated as a customer service request and/or concern.

For this, you may inquire directly from our Postal Payment Delivery Division at (02) 527 5872, or (02) 527 0151.

Also, in order to fully answer your question, they may need from you other information pertaining to the service that you want to avail.
