Hi, I received a Philippine Postal Card, Form 1525  Revised 1-8-91 Claim at Window 14. This card is address to my name Mary Joy Husmillo but  it does not say which Philpost branch should I claim it. Tha stamps says Quezon Citty OPO. Please advise the branch and office hours and also where  or who it came from.
