Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is not a valid FOI request as the same is not a request for a document, but is more of a customer service or front line service request which should be addressed to and could be best answered by our customer service. In any case, upon checking the tracking number you provided it appears that you have already received the same. Hence, this request will be closed.
