Response to your request This particular information is a customer service request and/or concern and is not included in the documents under the PHLPost FOI. In any case, I have inquired about the status of this mail and was informed that it was received at Tacloban Post Office as of 8 February 2023. Such being the case, you may expect receipt thereof anytime soon.
