Good afternoon!

I hope you are having a nice day. I am kindly messaging you to ask for an update about the delivery of my Postal ID. It has been almost 3 months since I applied for it and I would really appreciate it if my ID would be delivered as it is urgent for my online work requirements and bank application.

Here are some details of my application for tracking:
