Study on War on Drugs and Corruption scandal concerning police officer Sergeant Mayo

Requested from NAPOLCOM by C. Fajardo at 02:27 PM on May 10, 2023.
Purpose: Research and Development
Date of Coverage: 07/01/2016 - 05/10/2023
Tracking no: #NAPOLCOM-619292483581

Fajardo 02:27 PM, May 10, 2023

I am a graduate student taking up MPA in UP-NCPAG. Our paper for this semester concerns our assessment of the war on drugs conducted by the past administration.
Recently, a big corruption scandal blew up concerning a 900-kilo shabu haul from a police officer Sergeant Mayo. We were advised that the NAPOLCOM has made a study and recommendation on who to charge with the appropriate administrative cases.
May we be allowed to secure a copy of your study/recommendation? We will use it for purely academic purposes in our MPA class.
