Hello mam/sir i would request for age waiver,but my age is 31 last july,
Then im just hoping for my dream or have a stable job to support my family need,but in my case any idea or help me to have a certificate for age waiver,i can do anything willing to learn more,my eligibility is napolcom and i pass the exam last December 2022,im not a board passer and can apply to any tri bureau,any idea or help me for my case,hoping to have age waiver,2yrs wlaang exam po nun pandemic

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of Memorandum Circular 2013-004 which details the list of requirements and processes for the application for waivers.
Your right to request a review
