Dear Ma'am/ Sir;
 
Good day! 
          I am interested to apply as a PO1 but I am lacking the required height. So, I would like to ask for a height waiver at NAPOLCOM but I am not related to any Indigenous Group. I am an athlete way back in my school days and currently I am working as Emergency Responder under MDRRMO, I have undergone EMS training through TESDA. The question is can I qualify for special talent (do I secure a certification on this ?) or for extensive experience or training from medical or technical?
