May I kindly request for the Well Record Output in Metro Manila both shallow and deep wells in Metro Manila including the active and inactive ones from 2000 to 2018.
Sample file from LWUA's Research Department is included.
This type of report is prefered since it has strata data as well. I hope they have the strata data from NWRB as well.

PS. I would like also to include in my request the location of Wells in shapefile format (arcGis compatible). Thanks a lot.

Dear Ian Gail Cabrera,
Thank you for your request dated Oct 08, 2018 09:20:22 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for Well Record Output in Metro Manila.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. The data will be sent using Google Drive since the file size is too big to attach here. It consists of deepwell data and shapefiles (we only have deepwell data). Also, you might need to use the free program "FoxIt" to view the pdf files due to the way it was scanned/archived.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Executive Director. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
