We appreciate your efforts in closely monitoring Taal volcano while ensuring public knowledge and safety in this natural calamity.

I would like to understand better the place we settle in and the volcano that deeply affects us (Residents). Allow us to see the data so that false information (fake news) from unknown sources may not prevail.

1. Daily Volcanic earthquake count and details if available
2. Daily Sulfur dioxide (SO2) emission 
3. Daily tremor count (& duration)

Ms. Mariton Bornas, Chief SRS of our Volcano Monitoring replied to you directly by email yesterday, 6 February 2020 at 1030pm.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DOST Secretary Fortunato T. de la Peña and Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
