Good day,
We are 4th year Civil Engineering students from the University of Mindanao Matina Campus.  Our design project is in the field of structural and earthquake engineering.  The project title is Design of Four-Storey Reinforced Concrete Commercial Building located at Tagum City. 

We would like to request from your good office a geotechnical investigation report  documents for the said location including the following:

-Soil profile type: the description and the Standard Penetration Test,

-Seismic Source type

Dear jonar leones,

I refer to my letter of Nov 11, 2021 10:05:31 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for a Geotechnical Investigation Report.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query on the Seismic Source Type. We would like to know if the information you need is the mode of mechanism of active faults or you want to determine whether the source is volcano or earthquake (this is available online at the https://georisk.gov.ph/. For the Soil Profile we are going to refer this to Mine and Geosciences Bureau as we do not have that data.
