Your request You asked for Profiling and of Fault Lines in Norther Mindanao Region. Response to your request The information you are requesting is available online. You may access HazardHunterPH and download maps through this link: https://hazardhunter.georisk.gov.ph/map. We would like to inform you as well that all earthquake- and volcano-related hazard maps available in our Institute can be downloaded online via https://gisweb.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph/gisweb/earthquake-volcano-related-hazard-gis-information. Please note that PHIVOLCS takes the necessary steps to continuously improve the accuracy of hazards information reflected on each map generated. These maps may be revised as new information become available. Should you wish to consult with our active faults mapping team by sending an email addressed to Undersecretary Renato U. Solidum, Jr., Officer-in-Charge of PHIVOLCS and send to od@phivolcs.dost.gov.ph. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DOST Assistant Secretary Teodoro M. Gatchalian Assistant Secretary for Administration and Legal Affairs 2nd Floor, Platinum Building, MIRDC Compound, DOST Compound, Gen. Santos Avenue, Taguig City with email oasectmg@gmail.com.
