I am a Grade 11 student of Philippine Science High School - Bicol Region Campus who is conducting research on Abaca fiber hydrophobization via wax open coating. With this, I would like to request data on accredited sources of Abaca fibers and Abaca weaving services, preferably available in Bicol.
