Hi!
I am taking up Doctorate degree in Information Technology at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, and currently writing my dissertation with the working title "Crop Yield Prediction in the Philippines Using Machine Learning Algorithms". In line with this, I would like to request from your office the following dataset: 
•	Crop recommender dataset with soil nutrients
•	Crop yield in Philippines with different parameters like pH, rainfall, area, and soil nutrients
•	Other data that may help related with Crop Yield

We are on processing follow-up assistance on your request from one of our concerned office (Agronomy, Soils and Plant Division).  They only have yield data and suggested you to visit our website at https://prism.philrice.gov.ph/dataproducts.  

You may also consider checking the website of the PAGASA for the weather data and soil data from the website of the Bureau of Soils and Water Management.

Other data sets you requested were beyond the content of our website.

You asked for Crop yield with different parameters affecting the yield such as pH, weather conditions, and others.

Response to Request

Your FOI request has been referred to our concerned office/staff, Ms. Eve Daphne Radam.  She directly responded to you through email.  She mentioned that request for a multi-year data on yield, as per protocol requires third party to establish a memorandum of agreement prior to the provision of the multi-year data.

Please note that you may also refer your other requested data found in other government websites: www.pagasa.dost.gov.ph and www.bswm.da.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Guadalupe C.
