Your Request
You asked for Crop Yield and Parameters affecting the yield.
Response to Request
Our office can provide a multi-year data on yield but as per protocol, we require third parties to establish a formal
memorandum of agreement with us prior to the provision of the multi-year data. If you can visit our office, we would be glad to discuss this matter with you or discuss it online upon request.
For the other requested data, we usually acquire those from other data providers such as the PAGASA, the Bureau of Soils and Water Management and other institutions. You may refer to the FOI of these organizations.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Guadalupe C. Miranda and gcmiranda@exchange.philrice.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
