The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (as indicated on the Republic Act No. 8612) is mandated to 1. primarily provide advanced instruction, professional training in arts, science and technology, education and other related fields, undertake research and extension services, and provide progressive leadership in these areas; and 2. To offer graduate, undergraduate and short-term technical courses within areas of specialization and according to its capabilities, considering the needs of the province, the region and the country.
