Hi! I'm a 4th year BS Computer Science Student of Ateneo de Naga University and a DOST-SEI JLSS grantee. We are conducting a study "Performance Evaluation of Machine Learning for Short-Term River Water Level Prediction: A Case Study of Bicol RIver Basin". With this we would like to ask for: 1. Data collected by PhilSensors installed within Bicol River Basin from its installment up to its latest data. 2. Any Articles, Journals, and Manuals regarding PhilSensors. We prefer that the data is in Comma Separated Values (.csv) file type sorted by station that contain the timestamp and the specific data. We will also create a Web Application as a Proof of Concept, hence we would also like to ask for an End User API so that it will be easier for ETL Process.
