You asked for Covid-19 vaccination Status on Learning Information System (LIS).
Response to Request
Please be informed that per DepEd Order No. 039, s. 2022 entitled "Health and Safety Protocols in Light of the COVID-19 pandemic," all teaching and non-teaching personnel and learners, regardless of vaccination, shall be allowed to attend in-person classes.
Additionally, unvaccinated teaching and non-teaching personnel and learners shall not be required to undergo regular COVID-19 testing.
