Hi! I would like to request for informations regarding: 1) Number of people with cerebral palsy. 2) Distribution of population age with cerebral palsy. 3) Number of childrrn with cerebral palsy. 4) Number of children by types of cerebral palsy/number of people with cerebral palsy based on the severity of illness. 5) Number of adults by types of cerebral palsy/number of people with cerebral palsy based on the severity of illness. 6) Building requirement for learning and therapy center for people with cerebral palsy. 7) Number of people with cerebral palsy by region 8) Number of people with cerebral palsy by city. 9) Names of existing therapy centers for cerebral palsy and their capacity. 10) Names of existing educational facilities for cerebral palsy and their capacity. 11) Any report/document stating there is a need for Learning and Therapy center for children with cerebral palsy in the Philippines.

However, please note that we are only able to provide the response from Health Facility Development Bureau on Items 6, 9-11 and we are still waiting for the response of Disease Prevention and Control Bureau. We'll send you an email once the data isa available.
