July 10, 2023 Dear Ryan Cuartero, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 02, 2023 06:49:25 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Covid-19 vaccines Pharmacovigilance Report as of April 2023 clarifications Part 2. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Of the total reports, 2,112 cases were subjected to causality assessment. Using the WHO causality assessment classification, most cases were classified as C. Coincidental while 323 were classified as A. Consistent with causal association to immunization.
