You have requested the Data and Documents regarding HIV cases

Below is the response from the DOH Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) on your request on 1. Proposed projects for infrastructure development related to HIV Care - The HIV care and screening services are ideally being offered at Level 1 Hospital and primary care facilities. The Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) has no available data in terms of specific proposed infrastructure projects for HIV care. In relation to HIV services being offered in health facilities, the DOH has designated specialty centers (SCs) through Department Order (DO) No. 2021-0001 and its amendment. Among the designated specialty centers is the Infectious Disease and Tropical Medicine. The designated DOH Hospitals for IDTM are being developed, which includes the infrastructure needs to be functional SCs.
