Hi! I would like to request information of the following: 1. The number of Patient in DOH Eye Center from Region 4-A CALABARZON, classified by city/municipality and eye conditions 2. A copy of DOH Eye Center Floor Plan to serve as a reference for facility planning and spatial analysis. 3. Any available Design and Planning Guidelines for eye centers in the Philippines. the data provided will be used solely for academic purposes and will greatly contribute to the development of my research.
