By September 12, 2021 excess deaths in Philippines peaked to 123 %. This is the time when Covid-19 vaccines roll-out was at its peak.
1. Has DOH conducted autopsies to disprove Covid-19 vaccines do not contribute to the mounting excess deaths? Yes or No? Provide me copy of the autopsies done to validate the answer. No need to show personal data such as names and addresses.
