Purpose: To estimate the average survival time for CKD progression from initial diagnosis to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and identify risk factors significantly affecting the progression of CKD in Baguio-Benguet.

Greetings! We would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the data you have provided to us. We truly appreciate your prompt response and the effort that has gone into gathering and sharing this information. It has been a valuable resource for our research. Upon reviewing the dataset, we have observed that a few of the variables we initially requested are not included. In order to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of our study, we kindly request if it would be possible to obtain the complete dataset of the patients' information associated with the progression of CKD from January 2018 to December 2024. The following additional variables are: (i) age, (ii) sex, (iii) municipality/city, (iv) economic status, (v) comorbidities, (vi) date of first diagnosis, diagnosis details, and date of diagnosis as ESRD, (vii) whether they receive financial support from the government, (viii) history of kidney operations, and (ix) vital status. We fully understand the challenges in gathering such information and appreciate any effort you may make to assist us. Please be assured that the data will be used exclusively for the purposes of our study and will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. If there are any concerns or further clarifications needed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
