1. Requesting details (schedule, target groups) on HPV vaccination programs in Quezon City, preferably in District 6, Brgy. Baesa, QC.

2. Seeking permission to conduct a pilot study and data gathering in a selected area.

This is for our undergraduate research paper entitled, "Parental Compliance Towards Children’s HPV Vaccination in Selected Barangays in Quezon City.". I am a 3rd Yr., BSN student from Chinese General Hospital Colleges. Thank you.
