Good Day! I would like to request the following for Architectural Thesis Purposes: 1. The number of cases of Kidney Diseases per province in Region IV-A 2. The number of patients with Kidney Diseases that lives in Region IV-A per province 3. Growth rate of Patients with Kidney Diseases per province in Region IV-A and its corresponding municipalities 4. Mortality and Morbidity Rate of Kidney Diseases per province in Region IV-A and its corresponding municipalities.
