We have received your request on List of LGUs with mental health ordinance, dated Sept. 17, 2024.
While our primary objective is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that the requested information is not available at this Office.  The DOH Disease Prevention and Control Bureau (DPCB) is currently collaborating with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) on several Mental Health initiatives, however, we do not have access to data concerning the ordinances of Local Government Units (LGUs)
We ask that you coordinate with DILG at http://www.dilg.gov.ph, as they are the appropriate authority on the matter.
