Greetings! I would like to request a data on the following: - Number of stroke patients, stroke deaths, stroke survivors, and patients with recurrent stroke reported in every provincial hospitals within Northern Mindanao (Region 10), individually, for the last 5 full years (2019-2023) and present year (2024). If the data number cannot be presented, I can accept presented through graph. - Current percentage on the most common types of strokes found within Northern Mindanao (Region 10) or in the Philippines: Thrombotic Stroke, Embolic Stroke, Intracerebral Hemorrhage, Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, Brain Stem Stroke, Cryptogenic Stroke, and/or others Thank you.
