In this regard, may i humbly request from your good office to allow me gather data information or data that would be greatly beneficial for the thesis Tittle, '' A Cardiovascular Hospital: Integrating Holistic Design in Gamu Isabela''.

To further the study, may i request for:
*Number of Cases or statistical data  on cardio vascular diseases of per city /municipality in Isabela.
