Bautista, Archiecture Student currently working on my udergrad thesis which is the proposal of Regional Lung Center in San Carlos City, Pangasinan, In line with this I would like to request the following: 1. Manual on technical guidelines for planning and design of lung center. 2. Laws and Policies related to establishing specialty center specifically lung center 3. Planning and Design guidelines related to establishing lung center
